This Tutorial is aimed at merging all Tamriel provinces mods into one worldspace. I want to share this for ages. Since nobody has yet given a detailed tutorial, I would like to share mine. In deed, It took me a long time in the past to figure out what is must have to install and what is not necessary. 

The following tutorial must be done step by step. And I would recommand to backup your entire Oblivion game folder for every step. 

Oblivion Mod Manager (OBMM), Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE, vesion 21 or higher) and TES4Edit are required for installation and gameplay. 


With OBMM mod enable/disable function, you are able to switch the wordspace into different size, for example:

One Province: Cyrodiil only.

Two Provinces: Cyrodiil and Morrowind (Morroblivion).

Four Provionces: Cyrodiil, Morrowind (Morroblivion), Valenwood and Elsweyr.

Five Provinces: Cyrodiil, Morrowind (Morroblivion), Valenwood, Elsweyr, Hammerfell.

Seven Provinces: Cyrodiil, Morrowind (Morroblivion), Valenwood, Elsweyr, Hammerfell, High Rock and Skyrim.

Nine (all) Provinces: Cyrodiil, Morrowind (Morroblivion), Valenwood, Elsweyr, Hammerfell, High Rock, Skyrim,  Summerset and Blackmarsh.   

Anyway, if you don't want to install Morroblivion, it is fine. Because its worldspace is independent from other provinces.  


Another aim of this tutorial is to create as mush as stability and flexibility of adding worldspace to the game. That's why for High Rock, Black Marsh and Summerset Isle, I leave them possibility to be replaced by future highly finished new land mods. And I think the Blackmarsh Project is still in progress? The modder claimed he finished writing up the final quest in early 2020. I wish the modder everythings well !!


About Elsweyr Pelletine and Senchal, I recommend LenaWolfBravil's mod and tutorial, including load order. I myself not a fan of these two regions. 



Tutorial:

1) Prepare a clean Oblivion version 1.2.0.416 and Morrowind (Morroblivion require the Morrowind folder to covert).

    If you don't want to install Morroblivion, you can ignore the later.

2) When I say install with OBMM, I mean put all the meshes, textures, bsa, esm and esp files into one folder and compress to zip then to       
    install with obmm. 

3) Please note, lod files is going to replace each other from step to step. That's why I recommand to backup entire Oblivion game folder for every step.
    I also provide my OBMM load order and lod files in download section. I admit it is such a headache for me to check and fix it.

4) If you are confuse about which to download and what to do each step, just download my "Mod Installation Checklist" in download section. 
    
  
Step 1. Install OBSE version 21 or higher; 
             Install OBMM in optional files; 
             Install Elys- Universal Silent Voice v93;  
             Download TES4Edit, main files only. 


Step 2. Morrowind Province.  If you don't want to install Morroblivion, you can ignore this step. 
             
             Install Morroblivion v066, Older version v064/v065 is fine as well;
             
             Install Morroblivion Clothing Replacer Beta according to your version. 
            

Step 3. Install Tamriel Resource Pack 2014 full pack.


Step 4. Install Under the sign of the dragon - Tamriel Heightmaps main files only, install with OBMM.

                     
Step 5. Elswyer Province.

             Install Elsweyr anequina 2014 (current version is 2019, step 7 will slove this), install with OBMM; 
             
             Install Elsweyr Anequina Mar fix for texture fix.

             Install Unofficial Elsweyr Anequina Patch Optional files, "Elsweyr Dune Clutter Remover" only.


Step 6. Valenwood Province.
             
             Install Valenwood improved main files only, DONT install with obmm, install manually (COPY AND PASTE);

             Delete Valenwood Improved.esp, install TWMP Valenwood Improved main files only, use TWMP_ValenwoodImproved.esp instead. 


Step 7. Elsweyr Anequina & Valenwood Improved Patch. This requires an account on afkmods.com. 

             Install Elsweyr Anequina - Valenwood Improved Patch, replace ElsweyrAnequina.esp (2019) to ElsweyrAnequina.esp (2014);

             Use TES4Edit to change the master file of ElsweyrValenwoodImprovedPatch.esp to" TWMP_ValenwoodImproved.esp".             

         
Step 8. Hammerfell Province.
              
             Install TWMP Hammerfell main files and "LOD terrain meshes and textures" in optional files, install with OBMM.

             * I personally think the older verison (2014) has less CTD than the newest (2019) versionm depends on you. 


Step 9.  High Rock Province. 
               
              Install TWMP High Rock esp only, no more. 


Step 10. Skyrim Province.              
               
               Install TWMP Skyrim Improved main files and "LOD quad meshes and textures" in optional files, install with OBMM.


Step 11. TWMP Locations 2019
                Install TWMP Locations, main files only. 


Step 12. Black Marsh and Summerset Isle Provinces.

               Install Under the sign of the dragon - Tamriel Landscapes,
               
               Black Marsh: install Black Marsh esp only;

               Summerset Isles esp:  install Summerset Isles Meshes bsa, Summerset Isles Textures bsa and Summerset Isles esp 


Step 13. LOD fix. See in download section.

               1) Replace your DistantLOD folder under Oblivion\data with mine. 

               2) Replace your Landscape folder under Oblivion\data\meshes with mine.

               3) Replace your LandscapeLOD folder under Oblivion\data\textures with mine. 

               There are a hd version of lod fix base on xrayy's darker landscape lod textures 2k, and 50% optimiseddistantlandmax11 landscape fix.


Step 14. World Map. See in download section.
               
               Install LenaWolfBravil's Tamriel in-game maps in HD, the "Valenwood Improved - Elsweyr Anequina - New Senchal".
                
               If you installed Morroblivion, you can add this to the world map: 

               Morroblivion World Space
                
               Install Morroblivion in Tamriel and Mournhold in Tamriel only.
