IMPORTANT UPDATE 2.0:
Topal's Rest has been moved to a brand new island to the south, in the Topal Bay.

V2.01: Minor update adding a small garden next to the player house.

Topal Taphouse (Inn):
The Taphouse is funded by the Elder Council and lodging is free of charge. Of course, it's actually a southern outpost for the Blades, and all travelers that pass through the Taphouse are being spied upon. There is 1 double bed that you may use on L2 of the Taphouse (regardless of whether you've joined the Blades). If you're a Blade, you may access the basement quarters, which comes with a single bed - the drawers/containers right in front of the bed are safe containers.

The Taphouse sells food & drink (including a few special items) as well as books. You can receive all copies of the black horse courier (relevant to your save) from the news cabinet.

Warehouse:
The Warehouse contains crates and cupboards with clutter. It is also where the workers live. The warehouse is operated by a general trader, so it also serves as the "general store" of the town.

Ship (Topal Topaz):
This ship can only be accessed if you're a Prowler of the Thieves' Guild. The Captain is a fence and his First Mate offers repair and recharge services - services are only offered when they're on the middle deck of the ship. The Captain's goods include a few unique items, such as "suspicious sugar".

Southshore Shrine:
It's a shrine, owned by the nine divines faction. The Priestess sells healing and defensive spells.

Topal Tower:
This lighthouse/tower serves as the administration office and barracks, with a ladder to the roof - enjoy the view! It is a public building that's open 24/7. Jalaima offers recharge and restoration training (up to lvl 50), while Zandim can mend your items and provide armorer training (also up to lvl 50). Note that there will always be at least 1 guard on duty at all times.

Guildhall:
A joint Mages/Fighters Guild building that you may only enter if you're a member of either guild (or both). The East wing is owned by the fighters' guild, and the other wing is owned by the mages' guild. L2 rooms are living quarters (fully occupied - either sleep at the Taphouse [free of charge!] or purchase Topalview if you wish to use a bed). The basement is a smithy, and the L3 room is a library for the Mages' Guild. As stated in the brief overview, the altars of enchanting and spellmaking are restricted to mages with access to the arcane university. Various services provided at the Guildhall include: spell merchant, alchemy/soul gem/magic items merchant, blacksmith merchant, repair, recharge, training in athletics (up to lvl 50).

Note the spell merchant sells a few unique spells, including a reflect damage spell (otherwise unobtainable effect outside of a particular choice of birthsign/SI gatekeeper body part)

Player Home:
Topalview is a upper-class single-cell home available for purchase at a base price of 24,321 15,432 Septims (Warehouse merchant). There is 1 double bed, a moderate number of containers for safe storage, and a nice assortment of books (including skill books).

Pearl of the Padomaic (V1.02):
A ship that sells rare items and powerful spells to the (in)famous; you must have at least 20 renown (fame + infamy) to enter. The captain trades in all manner of rare goods (base bartering gold: 2,250) and the first mate sells a range of master spells from destruction, conjuration, illusion, alteration and mysticism. They only offer their services while on the mid-deck.

Do note that this port town is not connected by road now connected to Greyland on the outskirts of Leyawiin via a tunnel door (no cell between the doors - much like the imperial city waterfront) - the town is now technically connected to the green road, and therefore the rest of Cyrodiil. All NPCs have full daily schedules.

Drakehouse and Drakelodge (V1.2):
A small complex of 2 connected buildings owned by the order of the dragon - Drakelodge serves as a player house with storage, lots of skill books, display, spellmaking/enchanting stations, an alchemical station and 2 beds. The house is can be locked or unlocked with the push of button (both inside and outside the house); it is initially locked and can only be unlocked when you complete oblivion's main quest. Drakelodge is connected to Drakehouse by a tunnel door on L1 (no loading cell in between the buildings). Drakehouse houses 2 other order of the dragon members who only appear when the player becomes the champion of cyrodiil. Relmeria is a merchant with a very high base 3,000 barter gold and sells modified imperial dragon armor (both light and heavy, with stats equivalent to perfect amber and madness equipment respectively; there are unenchanted and enchanted versions on sale). She also sells ceremonial dragon armor, which counts as clothing (again, both enchanted and unenchanted). The enchanted versions are very powerful, but also very expensive. Tarleez offers repair and recharge services from within the convenience of the complex.

Drakehouse also contains a stipend chest for the order; click on the chest once per day to retrieve your share of the daily stipend (do note that the daily stipends do not accumulate, i.e. if you fail to retrieve your stipend on day X, your stipend on day X+1 will not change). Your daily stipend depends on your fame statistic, and you cannot retrieve your stipend if you currently have a bounty on your head.

Do note that Drakehouse's front door is constantly locked and will never be unlocked; simply access Drakehouse using the connecting door with Drakelodge. In addition, none of the containers in Drakehouse are safe for storage; in addition, anything that is locked in Drakehouse is intentionally locked and impossible to open.

Agriworkers' Abode (V1.2)
Houses additional farmers for the expanded farmland added in V1.2.

V1.01 Update:
Minor update. Reduced Topalview price to 15,432 gold, and added 1 more jewelry box, display case and painting to the house.

V1.02 Update:
Added a new ship. You must have at least 20 renown (fame + infamy) to enter; has general merchant with 2.250 base gold that sells rare items (including new enchanted jewelry) and a master spell merchant. They only offer services when on the mid-deck.

V1.1 Update:
Fixed the Topal Topaz's first mate not offering the correct services. Topal's Rest is now walled and connected to Greyland (Leyawiin outskirts) via a tunnel door.

V1.2 Update:
Added a sheep farm, more farmland and farmers within the fancy new walls of Topal's Rest. Also added Drakehouse and Drakelodge, 2 houses which are connected to each other.
