   First of all, I congratulate you for making this Patch for OCOV2 CE ....It was really needed to Fix the Tails Issue of Khajiits and Argonians....On the other Hand, I say that we can only Find out How much it works only after Installing this Patch and Playing Oblivion....I hope that this works as you intended it......Thanks a Lot
