Base textures from https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49351 by Kartoffels
Install manually by dropping the Data folder into your Oblivion directory.
Or Install using a mod manager (I don't know how)
Make sure to backup piratecutlass.dds and piratecutlass_n.dds if you want to revert back
to your original textures
