If I am using DLCHorseArmor.esp -->
Do I still need horsestronger2.esp + dlchorsestronger2.esp TOGETHER.... or do I just use dlchorsestronger2.esp ONLY (if horsestronger2.esp is merged inside it?)?

  "horsestronger2.esp" is for Oblivion.esm only, and "dlchorsestronger2.esp" is for DLCHorseArmor.esp only. Not merged.
