One of the spawn points is uphill of Eastbrink Town. Logically it would make perfect sense for raiders to attack the town, and the guards and inhabitants should be able to handle the raiders... I think. Maybe. And there's only one brief quest and the only NPC involved in it respawns anyway so there should be no problem with the spawn point being right there. Players who are bothered by it can move it themselves or disable it.
Would also be cool to see some Bliss and Dementia clothing, and to see some Knights of Order come if the main Shivering Isles quest is mid-way in progress.
I've been enjoying this for the past few days Mercer. I will admit that I've also been tweaking it some (well perhaps some doesn't quite cover it, but that's just the way I am).

Tiny update: Version 1.1: Reworded the poster at the Bravil stables and slightly increased the chance for raiders showing up since I hardly ever never see them.
