Lovely home. Conflicts ever so slightly with UL Panther River, but retains its functionality sans some minor landscape issues. Would be simple enough to patch and the two mods in combination really do flesh out the area. Thanks!

perfect place, very charming. it's just a shame that NPCs remain seated at the extact same spot day and night, the place feels kinda dead.
