Repeatable Oblivion quests

What's new in this update?
Since the goblins can give you hard fights I improved the reward, now you will receive 1 weapon and 2 armor pieces when you bring a goblin-head staff.
I made an oversight in the previous version making you can only receive rings when you convert torches and quills and reached at least the level 9, now you are likely to receive potions, scrolls as well as rings even when you are at least level 17.

-You can convert the hourglasses into money
-You can convert the torches into potions, rings and scrolls with a light effect
-You can convert the planters into various flower and flora-related ingredients
-You can convert the brooms, hoes, oars, pickaxes, pitchforks, rakes, shears, shovels and sickles into weapons
-You can convert the quills to potions, rings and scrolls of feather

-You can use codes to reset the quests if you accidentally remove a delivery package, a treasure note and can't remember its location or if an outlaw gets killed by a creature or NPC from another mod and the corpse has disappeared for example
-You can enjoy the treasure hunt in the Shivering Isles
-You can track down outlaws in the Shivering Isles
-Of course you will enjoy a lot of Shivering Isles-related bonus content
-You can instantly turn the daedra silk and venin, the daedroth teeth, the dreugh wax and the frost salts into gold with a 10 septims benefit with 5 new spells
-You can instantly turn the bones into ashen remains or bonemeal with new spells
-You will no longer be penalized if you accidentally remove an outlaw's head or confiscated goods from your inventory
-You can make deliveries from and to Kvatch
-Depending on your preferences between realism and convenient things, you can move the Imperial Trading Company agents of the Imperial City and Kvatch between a convenient and an immersive place

In this mod I added 5 non-journal quests you can replay at will with new rewards.

The rewards are:
-45 magic skulls working like the sigil stones (19 to enchant your weapons and 26 for your armor and clothes). Each enchantment you apply on a weapon allows you 255 uses before you have to reload and I gave the equipment enchantments effects you can't find on the sigil stones like damage and spell reflection. I also gave each magic skull the
same value than the bonus value you will give to an object if you enchant it (only available if you reached at least the level 22)
-16 replicas of artifacts, unique quest-related, non-generic and unused weapons with the same quality as their perfect amber and/or madness counterparts (only available if you reached at least the level 22)
-30 replicas of artifacts, unique quest-related, non-generic and unused armors plus some custom-made bonuses with the same quality as perfect amber and/or madness counterparts (only available if you
reached at least the level 22)
-a complete grandmaster alchemical apparatus set allowing you to createmore powerful and slightly more valuable potions and poisons (only available if you reached at least the level 22)
-45 magic scrolls with effects you can't find on the vanilla scrolls
-Plenty oftenly scripted new spells notably to convert worthless or cheap objects into more valuable objects

If the magic of alteration doesn't have any secret for you you can notably and always instantly:
-turn the empty soul gems into dark soul gems
-turn the weight-comparing scales into fish scales
-turn the useless bouquets of flowers and the planters into various flower and flora-related ingredients
-turn every bunch of 4 raw and 2 average diamonds, emeralds, pearls, rubies, sapphires and topazes into a flawless one
-since the scythe is THE symbol of death you can turn this tool into a health-damaging scroll or poison
-like the proverb says "Talk is silver and silence is gold" so you can turn the gold nuggets into scrolls and poisons of silence
-turn the hourglasses into gold with a 10% chance to receive a leveled sum
-turn the torches into potions, rings and scrolls with a light effect
-turn the brooms, hoes, oars, pickaxes, pitchforks, rakes, shears, shovels and sickles into weapons
-turn the quills to potions, rings and scrolls of feather

The repeatable quests:

Confiscated goods recovery:
If you updated while you have the quest in progress, open the console and type the following:
player.setstage RRQConfiscatedGoodsRecoveryUpdate 10
and you'll be fine

If you are very good in stealth and preferably member of the Thieves Guild, head to the waterfront of the Imperial City and look for a Khajiit called the Ma'laki the shady dealer.
The price on your head automatically increases of 1250 septims when you start this quest, if a guard confronts you and if you choose to pay the fine or serve your sentence you fail the quest.
If you feel like cheating to remove your fine don't because you will likely fail this quest.
Head to the randomly selected barracks and bring back the confiscated goods to receive your reward.

Goblin hunt:
Do you agree with Brag gro-Bharg when he says "Only good goblin is a dead goblin. I like dead goblins."?
Pay a visit to Samara between the Mages and Fighters guild of Skingrad, go to the dungeon, kill the goblin shaman or warlord, bring the goblin head staff and receive your reward.
Should you accidentally remove the staff you can still complete the quest the normal way.
Should you forget to take the staff before the corpse disappears you can still force reset the quest, open the console and type
player.setstage RRQGoblinHuntQuestReset 10
and you are fine.

Inter-cities deliveries:
Around the Wavnet inn and the stables of every city of Cyrodiil including Kvatch you will find an Imperial Trading Company agent. Talk to the agent and choose all the destinations you want. If you plan to make a long travel you can take one more package to your next destinations in every city you visit.
For example if you start in Anvil and plan to reach Skingrad you can take one package to Kvatch and another to Skingrad, then when you reach Kvatch you can take one more package to your final destination.
You can no longer fast travel when you accept a delivery and need to complete all your deliveries to fast travel again.
Of course the longer you travel the more you are rewarded.

You can move the Imperial City and Kvatch agents between a convenient location that doesn't require any
detour and a more realistic location that requires a long detour. Enter a repeatable setstage code and you will automatically receive a confirmation pop-up.

Tracking down the outlaws:
If you updated while you have the quest in progress, open the console and type the following:
player.setstage RRQOutlawsHuntUpdate 10
and you'll be fine

Outlaws who are wanted dead or alive are regularly spotted in campsites inthe four corners of Cyrodiil. Head to the Prison district of the Imperial City and talk to Symetrius Curiatius who will point you to a randomly selected campsite, go there kill the outlaw and bring back the head as a proof of your success to receive your reward.
If a scroll points you to a location where you killed an outlaw less than 3 in-game days ago you will have to wait until a new one spawns.

In the Shivering Isles head to the Palace area and talk to the law-enforcer Mazken or Aureal. You can hunt outlaws in a total 15 campsites.

Treasure hunt:
The most rewarding activity. If you have at least 500 septims head to The feed bag in the Market District of the Imperial City and talk to Crescentia Lucretius to receive the location of the latest treasure she heard about and head to the dungeon.
If the information scroll points you to a multi-zones dungeon you will find the treasure chest in the last zone usually near the boss or in the farthest zone from the entry door.
I added the treasure chests in the 191 dungeons you can explore from the game start.

In the Shivering Isles head to the Wastrel's purse in Passwall or its surroundings if the Fringe is under attack and talk to Avidia Aurumius. The locations you can visit depend whether you completed the main quest of the extension or not.
