   I was considering playing the "Thieves Guild HQ - Unhealthy Competition" mod. I will use this patch, if I play this thieves mod :)

      The bug doesn't seem to happen to everyone, but I saw enough posts about it that I figured I'd upload this just in case.

   Could you please clarify the description of this mod and double-check the names of the mentioned quests, because I cannot figure out what this mod is addressing from it.

      I really don't know how to explain it any more clearly than that. It's not the vanilla questline, if that's what you're confused on.
