love this idea, anything to lessen the new game bombardment a bit. I mean loading into a new game and spending 10 min clicking "close" over and over again. I actually wish one could make all the DLC letters arrive a bit more immersively.
I suggest trying Strategy Master's "SM DLC Plugin Refurbish" which does just that. This mod was inspired by the horse armour add-on, which leaves notes in several inns around the Imperial City.
I haven't played Oblivion - or made mods for it - for quite some time now (I'll be back, though). But I just wanted to say that you have nice narrative skills, if the text in the image is enough to go by. :)
Thank you! I've been in the same situation; this is my first mod in almost a year. I enjoyed writing the "article" even though it's only a small-scale mod.
I doubt it, as Arthmoor's mod assumes you're using all the DLC at once. Not everyone does (I know I don't), something Strategy Master's individual delayers recognise. Unfortunately the latter's SI delayer doesn't work with PrinceShroob's Main Quest Delayer, which is why I produced this mod. If Arthmoor's mod works for you, stick with it.
