    I was looking for something like this, I've tried to "remaster" Oblivion with the original feel and this is perfect for that, so thank you!
    Could you add a mod manager button for noobs considering the files just need to be placed in Data?

      There should already be a Mod Manager Download button, to send the download to Vortex. Is that not appearing for you?
