After buying the player home in the Imperial City, I was personally a little disappointed with the games offering. So, I decided to make my own, and it’s still at the waterfront too! The house requires a key, which can be found near by.
The home consists of 3 floors. The ground floor which acts as a sitting room and kitchen space. The first floor, which is the bedroom and study. And the Basement that is a storage area.
The mod has 4 files, all main files. Pick one based on your needs/load order. I recommended the full version, but that’s just me. I recommend using Retextured Potions with this mod, as I haven't tried any other potion replacement mods yet.
Right now, it’s pretty basic. I do plan to come back to this in the future, but my skills with both the Construction Set and 3D Modelling are pretty limited. For those interested, here’s a quick list of planed future changes.
General Changes
Add a quest to get the house.
Add a way to buy furniture for the house.
Ground Floor
Custom Counter/Cabinet meshes for a kitchen space.
Possible cooker replacement
Basement
Custom Iron Bars and Gate
Custom Safes
