My mod is very simple. It works through scripts attached to interactable objects and newly-implemented non-journal quests that run in the background. There are also scripts attached to the merchants that affect their gold, and may or may not be an issue depending on how Enhanced Economy works. Most likely, as long as Enhanced Economy is later in the load order, they probably won't conflict.
Please don't change the name of the ESP with every version update, as it breaks existing saves which have the old ESP name loaded (and LOOT's masterlist entry).
Thank you for telling me this. I suppose I'll have to change it again with the next update to remove the version number, but that will be the last time that happens.
Would this mod be heavy on stability when played with Better Cities? Because you said this mod is script heavy and so is Better Cities. And I understand too many scripts in Oblivion aren't a good thing so I hear.
Also a seperate question. Does this mod restock items in vanilla shops shelves including inns? In vanilla Oblivion items on shelves or food in inns never restock. Does this mod fix that?
Better Cities adds a few shops, well quite a few actually but it does leave existing shops alone as far as I can see. I have been able to invest in all Better City shops in the Market district or had the dialogue option to.

Had you just rewrited it the third time to make it even more precise?
The first thing is that both these mods effect how much gold merchants have

No, this mod doesn’t affect shelves in stores or anything like that. It just incorporates a stock exchange system so you can make easy money.
I have some Daedra I have to deal with first. Maybe they will join me in a deal :)
