Counting Beans is a  ongoing series of weight adjustment to Oblivions items. In this module I have adjusted weapon and armor weight.

The adjustments were made with a personal balance of taste, realism and gameplay curve.

I have included links to spreadsheets of the changes.

Broad strokes:

Heavy armor Weight ~54% of original
Light armor weight starts a bit heavier but higher tiers of armor are lighter
Weapons weight down to ~ 12% of original
Clothes have a better weight Curve
Rings and Amulets < 1 weight
Tools down ~52% of original
Sigil Stones down to 10% of original
Alchemy Equipment has a better weight Curve and lower weight

Addons

Two addons are included in this version:
Arrows: Makes arrow weight 0.00
Armor Addon: Adds a Thief set with enchantments and Blades Light set

How to find Armor Addons:
Thief armor can be found in a chest by a cellar in the Western Imperial city Waterfront
Blades Light armor can be found in the West wing of Cloud Ruler Temple
