===================== ARBORETUM APARTMENT ===================== by FyreAlchemage
A house mod adding an apartment to the Imperial City Arboretum, featuring no interior load doors. It is furnished, though without any clutter, and all containers are safe storage and will not respawn. The house is near the gate to the Palace district.
PATCHES: There is an alternate esp for users of ImpeREAL City (Merged/All in One version) which clears away some greenery that was clipping with the house exterior. Use this esp instead if you use that mod.
FUTURE UPDATES: A version of the house with clutter, if I can figure out how to make it not fly everywhere. A version of the house where you must pay to get the key to it.
