      Most likely no. I haven't touched oblivion for awhile now and don't have time to support modding multiple games. I don't exactly remember how awls works but I think all you need to do is copy and paste the windows from one nif to the other, which you can easily do with nifskope.

   Farmhouse AWLS Patch gave me purple textures on the wawnet inn near the imperial city

      Did you install in this order?
      
      1. AWLS
      2.TD farmhouses
      3. Td farmhouses AWLS patch

      I had this too.  Do not install both Farmhouses from the 2020 Retexture Project.  Either install the non-AWLS version first, followed by the
      AWLS mod and then the patch, or (as I have done) install AWLS followed
      by the the AWLS Farmhouse version without the patch.
      
      I had mistakenly installed both Farmhouses and the patch.  This gave me a purple surround around the Wawnet door.
