    In the laundry quest, how am I supposed to get all the heavy laundry over to the cold water? I had to drop everything in my inventory and use spells to boost encumbrance. But at least it worked in the end.

    And now the guide tells me to activate the pot over the fire, but nothing happens when I click it. I can pick up soap, but I keep getting the message that I need hot water and soap both, but how does that pot activate?

    I think this mod has potential, but all these cook and wash quests etc are starting to get to me, especially since there seems to be a good chance to get stuck on small stuff like this.

    And I see that I can't leave the castle, so I can't even pause this mod and go back to doing something else.  

    Am I just missing something obvious here?

    Hope I don't come across as angry or anything, I'm just a bit frustrated, and as I said the mod has great promise so far storywise and is also quite beautifully made.

      I do not recall having any trouble in the laundry quest, beyond having to figure out what to activate.

      Hey there, Sorry you're having a rough time. I know the investigation quests can be a bit much.

      You can drop laundry from your inventory, so it is possible to make multiple trips to the washroom. Lucy does give you some scrolls to help though.

      Make sure you get cold water from the faucet on the wall. Activating the wheel should get you a pail full. Then activate the pot over the fire for hot water.

      The included "Wintermist Guide" has a lot of step-by step instructions, but don't hesitate to ask for hints when you need them. Thanks for playing!

    Trouble with the snow crabs quest. Maybe one appears for a brief moment and then fades out. Then no crabs can be found and the quest is unfinished.

    SOLVED: The solution was to use the command '~' "tcl" to disable collision and go Rambo on the snow crabs down where they're at. Once the emperor crab was dead, I tcled back up to the tower to talk to the guy shooting arrows.

      I never saw this happen in the 1.0 or 1.1 versions.  I have not tried the 1.2 version yet.

    Version 1.2 just includes a few tweaks.
    The missing spoon should finally be removable from your inventory. Rose's healing spell should not be given to you on a new game start. The only aesthetic change was a statue swap in the main entrance.

    I don't really comment on Nexus but I love Oblivion and I found your mod to be a fantastic addition to it. It has a permanent place in my load order now. It brings some much needed humanizing touches to the main story while telling its own, and provides a wonderful bridge into the Shivering Isles DLC. Endorsed.

    Will this cause problems with the defense of bruma quest if you have this mod installed from the beginning of the game?

      I haven't specifically tested it myself, so I can't recommend it. Nothing game-breaking should happen. Worst case you should just have five extra  dremora running around that you'll have to kill and a few extra dead bodies in the area.

    Привет. Спасибо за отличный мод. После прохождения в моде остались актуальные задания на 3 квеста с Розеттой, Уильямом и Канеоном. Можно ли их доделать, чтобы они там не висели? Мод очень понравился.

      Привет! (Я использую Google Translate) К сожалению, вы не можете выполнить квесты. Они были разработаны таким образом, чтобы вы могли использовать стрелки квеста, чтобы отслеживать местоположения ваших новых товарищей.

    OKAY IM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS. Just finished heart of the dead and I have been a fan of Oblivion for ages. The early quests for this were a bit mundane BUT I think that was the point of it :) LOVE ALL the secrets found the one in the plant area during the quest the rest I purposely refused to look for at the end. I did find the monster you feed though. Then did the secret hunt after the quest. You are a master of the craft. I hope you add to this.. secrets and whatnot its a very underrated aspect of Oblivion  that Skyrim never picked up. Oblivion brotherhood and secret passages were kind underplayed in Skyrim and could easily be very creative in the engine. Is there a way to get the dagger you have during the trips to oblivion I'm pretty sure its final version is the one you get from defeating the 'boss' of the mod, but the one you get equipped on you weighed 0 and for me had a higher damage stat. (this could be other mods interacting though. AGAIN utterly amazing the way you put all this together... one person?...  Gosh I hope you continue modding... (looking for anything else from you as I type:)). I will add that although voice acting would be good, I kinda like it without the voices. Lets you interpret things yourself as a player. I will also add that I'm guessing because this mod is still updated and recent that its very well scripted and free of bugs... Really smooth experience. KUDOS!

       Yes, there are several versions of the dagger throughout gameplay, but you already have the only one available at the end. The zero weight was due to it being a quest item for those segments. I increased the damage on the others  because they were forcibly equipped to you and I didn't want to make things unnecessarily difficult.

        And yes, I'm a party of one here. Knee deep into my next quest mod already, though I'm always hesitant to promise anything (I've been disappointed myself so many times by other unfinished mods. Looking at you, MALEVOLENT.) Suffice to say, l'm a huge fan of this game and am not likely to stop modding any time soon.

    Hi, I think I've hit a bug.

    I'm doing the quest with the rats nest and I have the poison and I'm in the wine cellar, but it's not letting me remove it. Keeps saying "you cannot remove quest items from your inventory".

    What should I do?

      Hey there! There should be a "hole" in the wall behind one of the big wine barrels. Activate it to advance the quest.
