   I am not sure how this will work with OCOv2 Mazken race since only an esp comes with it and no other files or any folders.

      I use OCOv2, and for me the proper file path is Oblivion\Data\sound\voice\Oblivion.esm\(Race). So for Dark Seducers/Mazken, its Oblivion\Data\sound\voice\Oblivion.esm\Dark Seducer\F or M depending on the gender of the voice files. Hope this helps!
