Hey, sorry you're having problems! I downloaded the file and reinstalled it using Wrye Bash, but the house appears for me. Could you check your Oblivion/Data folder to see if the .esp "AgronakChampionHouse.v1.01.esp" is in there? If it is and the house still isn't showing up, how many mods with .esps (about) are you using? I know Oblivion has a limit after a point of how many you can use at once (it's around 250 I think), but I think there may be a way to get around that if you look around (I don't know myself, but with how many mods people use, there has to be something).
I get a message when I try to pick up the Orcish Helmet in the bedroom, saying 'You may not scavenge your fallen opponents' weapons or shields!' and so I cannot pick it up.
This has quickly become my favourite home mod. Having a great house in a prime location in the Imperial City, with an altar to boot, is nothing short of stellar. The upstairs balcony is a little awkward (wouldn't I need to crawl to open the hatch?) and the chair doesn't make it easy to access the food on the table, but this is a fantastic home in all regards.
I downloaded this home mod game days after killing Angronak and becoming Grand Champion but Ysabel does not have an option to offer me a key. Anyway to work around these issues to get a key?
So i figured out that i needed to respawn Angronak using the console command then killed him to get the key and get the quest, then i deleted him with the console command saved the game, restarted it for a clean save, opened the home with the key and got the quest completed. Beautiful home for my Grand Champion of the Arena. Thank you.

I have not test the new esp yet. I will look at that this weekend.
