Donation Points system

This mod adds a small village around the Isolated House in the West Weald. The village has been overtaken by bandits, who reside in the abandoned houses. The bandits all have AI schedules. The area still has no map marker. A small set of cave tunnels run under the village, if you're the sneaky sort.
The Oblivion Gate no longer destroys the house. I moved it into the forest, so it spawns there instead!
EDIT: The 1.1 update delevels all enemies added by this mod and their equipment/loot. I've also manually removed a few buggy phantom edits. Version 1.2 offers a minor update, turns out I forgot to delevel 4 bandit NPCs and a creature added by the mod still had a leveled spell list. Both of these issues are now fixed.
