Hello, thanks for your mod. In the screenshot of the morroblivion logo, the main menu font looks tighter, how do you do this? Install a custom font or make changes in xml ?
This is an awesome main menu and it works but with enb half the screen gets whited out is there a way to fix this? I"m pretty sure the enb might be because I got rid of the d3d9.dll and it worked properly but putting it back in half the screen gets white out.
I know this post was from two years ago but I must say thank you, I have been deleting and rearranging files for hours trying to figure this one out, you are truly a gift to the world!
For some reason, I still sometimes will get the old movie loops instead of the new one. Am I missing something I should do to stick with just the new one I've installed from here?
EDIT: Figured it out already. Was using Oblivion Reloaded Lite 8.1, which apparently was causing that issue and some major FPS drops. Replaced it with OR Lite 6.3, and the movie works perfectly and the FPS is smooth as butter.
That is part of a different mod, a UI mod. The two big ones are Darnified and NorthernUI and both have plenty of dark recolours floating around this website. My personal favourite is this one but many are available. Hope this helps.
It's confusing trying to decide which to use since the sub-package names in the mod do not correspond to the names in the videos. The images have no names at all.
I receive a generic white paper image for the main menu as the Oblivion.ini requests a SMainMenuMovie=Map loop.bik(with a lowercase L) value greater than what the video folders have; e.g. Video Folder only has Map Loop1-3 but the .ini file requests Map loop4-24 (24 is the max value i have found). The temporary fix I have found that works is copying and pasting the desired SMainMenuMovie Video and the desired SMainMenuMovieIntro another 21 times and renaming them SMainMenuMovie=4-24. Although this works, I am unable to use the Character Overlay nor the Patch for this mod as it crashes my game.
Is there an intended solution? I have tried making my ini file read-only, but even through read-only it sometimes requests a Map Loop file above 3. I am using Wrye Bash, had tried to use the Core video and the Optional Darnified Logo. The Logo works every time, no matter what I choose as the one I chose but the Animated Video does not. Hi! I noticed manually installing DarkDarnifiedUI on Wrye Bash and these animated menus cause a font issue with Darn. I don't know if there is any way to fix it.
