Thanks mate! Altho, I still think shouldn't I just remove EE if it really removes items in game, including mod/quest or even from chests in player houses... After quick check of this immune.ini I can no nowhere find exception about these containers, so I assume EE will remove stored items over time?
Just out of curiosity which UI & leveling mods are you using with Enhanced Economy (EE)...
Also did you encounter the bug where EE removes unenchanged equipment from enemies and containers even when tnoEE.removeUnEnchanted is set to 0. Also you mentioned that you use "Clean Up Cleaned up" on another mod post page. Did you experience the bug that when you drop an item it disappears within a few seconds or the bug where companion's AI becomes unresponsive....
Yes, Clean Up Cleaned Up gives me the bug where items disappear right in front of you.
I have not used "tnoEE.removeUnEnchanted is set to 0", so can't test if it works or not. Best and simplest way to check is to open the console (~tilde key) to see if EE removed an item. You can also shift+click to see if some items are still in the loot container after looting them first. If there are, you know that EE is removing items.

Disabling EE is not recommended - the vanilla economy is broken.

.....I might just go back to the original Clean Up by kuertee
I will use your technique to check if EE is removing items or not.....
