Fantasy racism simulator 2020

Welcome to the 49th installment of my Oblivion Immersion Series.  Fantasy racism, a common staple of fantasy, is one of the many things that adds depth and nuance to the world of Tamriel.  Oblivion handles this by adding racial disposition modifiers so that certain groups will be shown relative favor or disfavor depending on the race of the player and NPC.

See the UESP for a summary of Oblivion:
https://en.m.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Races

Notice anything?  Unfortunately, many of the racial modifiers in Oblivion do not make sense given the lore.  For example, why don't the Dunmer LOATHE the Khajiit and Argonians on sight?  And why don't the Khajiit (who were/are also enslaved by the Dunmer) hate the Dark Elves any more than everyone else does.  Shouldn't the Nords and Dark Elves hate each other a lot, as centuries-long historical enemies?  Aren't the Khajiit and Bosmer also historical enemies?  Last, don't the Bretons, Orcs, and Redguards all share a 3-way hatred of each other?

This mod makes adjustments to better reflect these elements of the lore.  Positive racial modifiers have been left unchanged.

Here's a summary:

- Argonians: disliked by everyone for being one of the beast races, super hated by the Dunmer because farm equipment should not be allowed to roam free

- Bretons: disliked by the Redguards due to historical wars, super hated by the Orcs who are perpetually salty about Orsinium

- Dark Elves: disliked by everyone on general principle, super hated by the Nords, High Elves, and beast races, Dark Elves return the favor and hate everyone else on general principle because they are snotty Dark Elves

- High Elves: disliked by everyone on general principle, super hated by the Nords and Dark Elves, High Elves return the favor and hate everyone else on general principle because they are snotty High Elves

- Imperials: disliked by the Dark Elves and High Elves on general principle and for being the inferior humans that nevertheless conquered them

- Khajiit: disliked by everyone for being one of the beast races, super hated by the Dunmer because slavery and by the Bosmer due to historical conflicts

- Nords: disliked by the Orcs due to historical conflicts, super hated by the Dunmer due to being longtime enemies

- Orcs: disliked by everyone because they are Orcs (being hated is their thing), super hated by the Redguards and Bretons due to centuries of mutual conflict

- Redguards: disliked by the Bretons and super hated by the Orcs due to centuries of mutual conflict, no longer disliked by the Imperials (who in vanilla are cool with everyone else but for some reason not the Redguards)

- Wood Elves: disliked by the Nords because they are elves, super hated by the Khajiit due to historical conflicts
