Added a Pulsing effect to the Meshes, so that the glow cycles over a 5-second period.
Empty Soul Gems have a very weak pulse (values from 0.10 to 0.15), except for the Empty Black Soul Gem (from 0.10 to 0.25), Full Soul Gems have a brighter pulse (from 0.35 to 1.00).
Added Pulsing Meshes to Resource archive.

Each type of Soul Gem has its own diffuse texture instead of a shared texture (as was the case with the Lesser, Common, Greater and Grand Soul Gems), however they all share the same Normal and Glow maps, so that the total amount of textures is the same as vanilla (8 texture files).
Each type of Soul Gem now has its own individual mesh as they have different Emissive (Glow) values for the Empty and Full Soul Gems, (For the Empty Soul Gems the values are set at 0.1, except for the Black Soul Gem which is set at 0.15 due to the darker texture. For the Filled Soul Gems the values are set at 1.0).
Petty Soul Gem: Overall scale reduced by 15% (to 0.85), X axis reduced by an additional 15% (to 0.70).
Lesser Soul Gem: Overall scale reduced by 20% (to 0.80).
Common Soul Gem: Changed to use the vanilla Petty Soul Gem mesh, Overall scale increased by 15% (to 1.15), X axis reduced by 15% (to 1.00).
Greater Soul Gem: No changes to size.
Grand Soul Gem: Overall scale increased by 20% (to 1.20).
Black Soul Gem: Overall scale increased by 20% (to 1.20).
Changes made by the UOP to Falcar's Black Soul Gem were carried forward.
Added a patch between Soulgem Magic and Glowing Fractured Soul Gems.
