Description
Connects all small ponds in Imperial City districts into a full circular canal - see images. It can be used to travel between districts. Screenshots were taken while using Imperial Waters, but this mod is not required.
Compatibility
Not compatible with Better Cities Imperial City module. Other Imperial City mods should be compatible.
