Doh! Of course ... stupid me... if it's all imported, I can simply deactivate it. Somehow got too dependend on bash deactivating things itself lol (which wouldn't do here)
Thank you very much for the load order advice! And i use Wrye Bash already (it's indispensable for modding Oblivion, i think) so a bashed patch won't be a problem.
Is there a way to essentially swap how the colors are changed so that it is more consistent with the NPCs original hair colors? I noticed a bunch of characters have their hair colors changed to match their new beard colors but I was wondering if it could be the other way around - so that the original hair color is preserved and the new beard is the same as that original color.
Sorry to keep bugging but this seems to have a few random stat edits to a couple NPCs. Is that intentional? Examples are 000CA18E 0003001D and 000280CC.
I had actually patched the mod for Immersive Porters myself a few days ago, but I also gave the Nord Porter a long wizard beard instead of the moustache he has by default since it doesn't really fit him.
Do you think it would be possible to implement beards on NPCs with rings? Make rings like the ones in Equippable Beards but unplayable and assign them to specific NPCs. It seems like it would be an easy method of implementation, not sure how it would work though. I want to try it myself but I don’t know how to set it up really.
Equipable Beards does have a leveled list plugin, but it assigns the beards completely randomly and also to creatures, so you'd have women and creatures with beards, and mismatching colors. I'm not sure of a way to implement beards easily besides the way Beards in Tamriel does. (Which is still very tedious.)
I was wondering if you would be able to formulate a version that can be used without The unofficial patch? Wrye Bash tells me I am missing masters from that mod and must download it to be able to use this mod without any issues.

Keep this mod deactivated at all times when using a bashed patch. This means keep it deactivated even after rebuilding the bashed patch too.
Is it alright to put it before the Oblivion Character Overhaul Faces plugin?
Thanks for the mod by the way, i did not think it was possible to have bearded npcs when i started modding Oblivion years ago. Blockhead is a godsend.
Cheers!
The stat changes are from the CK.
