   This sounds like an awesome idea. Just curious, are you going to expand the idea so you could sell houses to NPCs?

      I made this because there was no simple sell/buyback mod.

      Cool idea, but sadly I'm two years late to the party. If by chance you're still around and consider adding additional features to this mod, it would be nice to make a version that allows the player character to rent the properties that he/she owns. That other mod is rather outdated.
