One would think if you take screenshots of the game for ingame paintings, it would be wise to turn off the interface for that.
It's barely noticeable but I just cannot unsee it again.

You can chose to just remove the crosshair from the vanilla painting, or replace it with a new one.

Copy the contents of the archive into the Oblivion\Data Folder (please use a mod manager).
