Armamentarium - No Off-hand Defensive Weapons in Leveled Lists
by KitsuneOuka

[Description]
This is a simple mod (made in xEdit) that removes the defensive weapons added by Armamentarium from leveled lists. The weapons aren't actually deleted, so they won't disappear if you or your companions or other NPCs already have them, or might want to add them via console at a later date. They just stop spawning on NPCs and vendors via leveled lists.

One reason I thought about doing this mod was because when using UVIII, which has its own true dual-wield system, I found it annoying that the defensive weapons from Armamentarium are not usable as regular weapons. So it kinda cluttered my lists a bit. I would prefer to just use Armamentarium's regular weapons then off-hand them via UVIII.

I figure somebody else might like a mod like this, so I decided to share it.

[Requirements]
Armamentarium Complete

Practically required:
Wrye Bash

[Installation and Load Order]
1. Use a mod manager. If you install it manually, just extract the archive into your data folder.

2. Move it below (higher LO number) any other Armamentarium-related files, particularly the ArmamentariumLL*.esp files.

3. Don't activate it.

4. Use Wrye Bash to merge it into your Bashed Patch.

* It may take 3 in-game days (vanilla) for leveled lists to refresh from areas you visited recently. So if you saved in the wilderness near some bandits that have already spawned with the off-hand weapons, they'll still have it when this mod is loaded for the first time.

* To uninstall, remove it from your data folder, then rebuild the Bashed Patch without it. Defensive weapons should start spawning again when you next reload an area.

[Permissions and Credits]
This patch is free to use and modify as you see fit. No need to credit me. It's just a simple bunch of xEdit edits that took like 5 minutes to make heh.

Thanks to trollf for the fun Armamentarium mod.
