    One pet peeve, I see "Strange Person" spawn in the city right in front of my eyes so often. Can the spawn points be away from the player? Also, do these spawns keep on increasing, as I am not going to play the main quest for a while, curious that the actors keep spawning thus building an army by the time I take on the Main quest?

      Just released a new version that moves the spawn points to more discrete locations.  The spawns are not designed to build over time and accumulate into an army, so you are safe in that regard.

      Another question: Are these NPCs already at a high aggression level? Often I see them get in conflict with the responsible NPCs (guards etc.) and get killed, without my interaction with them. They have a Mythic Dawn Commentaries book in their inventory that can be found. Maybe tone down their aggression, until the MQ is at a certain stage? Not sure if possible.

      I haven't seen that happen yet, and I hope I don't, because mass fights in the IC (particularly with all the Better Cities npcs involved) can lead to quick ctd's. I haven't seen a higher aggression rate in this mod; I recall it's around the standard of 5 for all of them if memory serves. For example a MD agent named Raven hangs out in the Waterfront a lot and has never started a fight.

      Using TES4Edit to check aggression values, Strange Travelers is set to 10 and Mythic Dawn Agents to 60. What this means is that agents should attack on sight, but since they only spawn in Oblivion Gates and Kvatch there's no problem there. As for Strange Travelers, they should only attack you once their disposition reaches low enough levels after completing the Dagon Shrine quest. So in theory they work exactly as described.

      If they're randomly being attacked by guards maybe they stole food? Not sure how that works since they're set with a wander package...

      Also AFAIK the NPCs added by this mod are unnamed.

    There is a wild edit in the AnvilArenaCenter cell in the AnvilWorld raising the water height from 110 to 160

    Skyrim recently gotten a nemesis system mod. Imagine Oblivion or even Skyblivion having the same system, but with daedra/mythic dawn enemies. It'd enhance the main quest, giving it more flavor. Could call it 'Shadow of Oblivion.' Sounds appropriate lol

    Thank you, always a delight to have one of your mods, they really add A LOT of immersion to the games, those small things every other "imemrsive" modder seems to forget about.

    You shoud probably add load-order recommendations though as this mod messes with the Imperial City section of Better Cities's load order and its not yet recognized by BOSS.

      It will never be recognized by BOSS since MHahn, the lone remaining proprietor of BOSS, went AWOL and stopped updating it, except for his own mods, years ago.

    Excellent idea for a mod, love the intensity of the Kvatch fight now. I've increased the number of combat actors so the duel in the courtyard was quite something to behold. 5 Kvatch guards plus 3 Imperial Legion soldiers and myself, fighting 6 Mythic Dawn cultists and a handful of scamps and clannfear. I'm here because there is one significant problem that is unbalancing this fight. Every single Mythic Dawn member has TWO highly enchanted pieces of clothing, their robe and hood. I had 14 enchanted robes worth 1000g each plus 8 hoods worth almost as much. By merely level 5 I allowed the guards to wipe out most of the enemies and without counting any other loot I now have 13,000g even with my new Orc-level Personality and Mercantile skill. This is amusing but I don't know if it's completely fair.

      Totally nothing to do with your comment but Ive asked in so many places and separate people with no responses. I assume you completed the contracts in the box? Where is the seas fortune to find ruma camorans staff? I have literally searched the internet and no one seems to have spoken of it or its location. It did not give a map marker like all others either and no one in the mythic dawn will speak to me. Is this a glitch? Lol
