hey man, I'm having a bit of a hard time finding said journal. can't be that hard.. the place is not that big so I'm thinking there's something going south for me. any ideas? Edit: for a smart guy I can be very stupid. I was running around like a headless chicken in the wrong priory.... carry on... nothing to see here...
I don't about locked, but it's hard to contact that author. I looked it over and there's are a lot of permission that mod dose give, but it's kinda vague on adding quest, npc's and such. It doesn't say you can't, but I think it would be something you have to get permission for or at the very least let the author know.
I can't wait to see what else you got planed for this mod.

Yes, the mods are compatible as this file doesn't affect any cell, npc, or any other element from the KOTN or KOTN:R expansions

Those are the only available items indeed. I'm gonna make the rest of the armor (with some cosmetic variations) for future chapters ;)
You mention this is part 1? Will there be more and if so how much? :D Would love to see more of this, it's spectacular
