This aint working for me. Some Resto spells icons are not showing. And, some dds files seems to be missing...

how do I install this exactly because description made me think its an obse plugin but there is an esp in it so I guess I'm putting it in the data folder like usual mods with the texture folder from older mod?
Yes. Also, if you're running OOO make sure that OOO's bsa last modified date is set earlier than Diverse Effects texture files last modified date (08 April 2007), otherwise OOO is gonna take priority with its icon replacement which is imo worse.

You can use your own custom icons if you put them at same file paths as DEI ones.
