   So I'll walk past empty ghost towns, can't interact with anyone and the only lifeforms I meet are undeads, mutants and other miscreants? Must be great fun in an Elder Scrolls game, really turns it into S.T.A.L.K.E.R. xD

   The black plague? Interesting concept
   But wouldn't that thin the Cyrodiil's NPC populous in towns even faster than the dragons sometimes in Skyrim?
   
   Or did you per chance built in some fail-safes, such as, for instance exclude essential NPS's?
   Otherwise there would be many active quests impossible to solve in no time...

      I didn't consider to active and complete many quests.. :D
      It is just hopeless mod.
