   some of the roofs are missing textures

      Mmmm..not sure how that could be friend. They use stock Oblivion textures. Either Bruma roof texture or Farmhouse thatch depending on the model.
      
      Edit: Apologies you were correct. Took a look inside and found the problem. Unknowingly left some of the textures pointing to my desktop development folder instead of the stock Oblivion folder. Hazards of having too many mod stuffs lying about. In any case all fixed and an updated file has been uploaded.

      thanks for the update. making a set of houses pretty much universal makes modding much better and more diverse

   Thank you for these too, mhahn. I guess I often forget to mention how useful your pieces are :)
   At last I can correct my "No Snow in Bruma". It has actually been snowy there much longer than I like to know.
   I am not sure why happened but the main thing now is to repair the mod.
