Been there, did that. LOOT destroyed my Oblivion as I have Elsweyr Aquina and Lost Spires. I generally update both Oblivion and FO3 with BOSS then save list FOMM and my old and reliable NMM 56.2. I use LOOT for Skyrim and list in 65.3. I can manually create a New Rule but I need to know the sub category in the BOSS list to put it in, then I can finally take the mis-named [and perpetually frenzied] Sheela khajiit to SI where she causes carnage where ever she goes.
And why not just use LOOT which is daily updated since the last 3 years (including infos on load order extrapolated from BOSS)? Last update to BOSS masterlists were in 2020 or so, maybe 2021....
PS I often played with Anequina and Lost Spires in the past few years, and using LOOT I never got even the smallest of problems! Can't say the same bout BOSS, sadly (especially if you have lots of NEW mods, for which you have to set the rules yourself...)... In particular, there's been lots of fixes and addons for Lost Spires, without LOOT you wouldn't know where to put them and which tags to apply...
I really wanted this mod to solve my problem with the mod WAC - No Custom Races.esp. I can only get it to work if I load it after the bashed patch. I moved the mod back where BOSS sorts it and added this mod, but I still get the "no greeting" bug unfortunately.
So you are saying that my mod only works if you load it after the bashed patch, correct? I honestly am not sure why this happens, as I am not familiar with how the bashed patch works. I do know though that if my mod was working correctly, then it would give those generic greetings and such to any NPC that uses the vanilla races and/or any playable races that use vanilla voices.
