I have read your description, viewed the images, and ran a google search. I am still not 100% sure what a "Parallax City" is? Does this stop that obnoxious one sided mesh display when you view some objects from different angles?
Here is what Wikipidia had to say: Parallax is an apparent displacement or difference in the apparent position of an object viewed along two different lines of sight, and is measured by the angle or semi-angle of inclination between those two lines.

For almos all parallax cities mod, I've read this "Don't forget to grab ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated by Quarn" liner... Well ok I'd like not to forget this, but then it would be kind if we were given some clue! Woo is Quarn and how can we contact him? Where can we grab that ArchiveInvalidation file? What, where, how, when, why ?!?!
..... Ok I found the tool. A link would have saved me about an hour looking up for clues and and understanding that it is actually a tool to... Anyways.
I can't download it, Because I download finished, I got a message, It means "the file can't copy in your file". then, I try 3times but always got this problem.
Could you upload those files to another server? thx.
