    I really like your idea but is it compatible with overhaul mods or will it modify the leveld lists which affect minotaurs?

      It does not affect any leveled lists, but it does modify the Minotaur creatures themselves. If a mod specifically alters minotaurs, there's a good chance it will conflict.
