Thank you for taking the time to create these additions for Local Guard Features, they are amazing. Unfortunately the Kvatch guards that have fallen along the bridge inside the oblivion gate are not wearing the recreated armor in your mod. It is only a small oversight but I am hoping that you are able to update the mod so that you can see the armor on the deceased guards. It will also be handy to access a set of the armor for yourself without killing the guards that are alive outside.
I think that this is not fully compatible with Kvatch Rebuilt, the unique/named guards (Savlian, Tierra and such) have this mod's armor, however, the generic guards from KR have the default Oblivion Kvatch armor.
I think it's not safe. after finished kvatch quest (to be exact, after finished talk with the martius), it crashed. I think maybe it happen when start kvatch rebuilt script, or when martius gave me armor. (sorry for my english, it's not my language.)

Good call, update 1.1 adds the armor to those guys as well now.
