Fort Alessia, a ruin which are used as marauders hiteout, is now gone.
This mod rebuild Castle Alessia near Imperial City as your home.
The Castle which has many funtions like crafting system, 11 NPC with schedule, dialouge and some quests is now yours :)

Description

This mod makes Fort Alessia, locatedsoutheast of the Imperial City, a player-owned Castle.
I made this mod for two reasons.
 
The first reason is to make the gamerealistic.
As everyone knows, most of Forts in thisgame are Dungeons. It's just to entertain the players, but I always felt that
this was unnatural. Fort Nikel, Empire, Homestead, Virtue and Alessia.. All the
fortresses are in a very strategic position. But Cyrodiil, the strongest
country on the Tamriel, leaves these fortresses without army? It's too
unnatural.

 
The second reason why I created this modis to give a reasonable reward to the Champion of Cyrodiil. You, Champion of
Cyrodiil, helped Martin Septim save Cyrodil from extinction. Wouldn't it be
fair enough for you to get a estate or a Castle for the work? So I decided to
present this Castle to the Champion of Cyrodiil.

 
The first things I consider when I builda housing mod are nice view, accessibility and practicality.
 
I think there's no place around theImperial City that meets both the nice view and accessibility at the same time
as Fort Alessia. From here, you can see the White Gold Tower, the Niben River,
and a wonderful Bridge. This wonderful place suits you better than Marauders.

 
I tried to make this mod as practical aspossible. For example, There are Armory with numerous Containers, Display Hall
for display of trophies, laboratory with various Crafting functions, and many merchants
in castle alessia.

 
Among these, the laboratory isparticularly functional. There are 6 activators and a garden that grows alchemy
ingredients. You can charge the Soul Gem, use the alchemy tool, and make useful
items from Gems or Golds here. For example, you can enchant Ruby and use it like
Sigil Stone and also you can use Gold or Silver to obtain additional Script
Effect (ex. When Hit, 25% Stagger or 15% Knock Back)

 
Some of the Quests and Dialogues in thisMod are affected by Vanilla Quest. For example, one of the Sub Quests in this
mod can begin after clearing Quest : Malacath.

Version 1.5 
 1. Horse Call Problem when Player has't a horse is fixed.

Version 1.4
 1. Horse Command function added. Now you can park horse and make him wait at the gate by just one click.
 2. Soul Collector Rebalance. It is now a kind of soul bank where you can store soul or fill soul gem. No soul, can't fill soul gem.

1. Port Merchant Problem is fixed (didn't sell goods..)

2. Door unlock Problem after quest for Ownership (especially for former version users) is fixed.

3. Lighting Controll is now usable in all rooms except lab.

How to Start?

Three days after completing Quest : Lightthe Dragonfires (Main Quest), you will receive Certificate of Appointment from
Elder Council and Quest for castle will be started.

 
If you don’t want to complete MainQuest, Press ` and input ‘Setstage Wolfcastle 10’ So Quest for Castle will be
started.
