I’m currently working on a similar project updating a similar mod, so this was kind of funny to see!
The original Diverse Chapels mod is missing the back interior mesh for the Chapel of Talos. This might be a good place to provide at least a patch for the missing mesh. You don’t need All Natural to make the patch: you just need to change the texture paths in Nifskope so they are preceded with the allnatural\ directory, i.e. “textures\allnatural\architecture...” etc. If you were inclined you could patch your whole mod this way, since you’re using a different window layout than the original mod.
There's no need for anyone to use both. They do the same thing. Running both at the same time doesn't change anything either way that I can tell, so it can be done (I used both together for 3 years straight), but finally I realized there's no need to do that. One or the other should be used.
