Add damage threshold from older Fallout games.

This mod adds Scripted defense value based on cuirass(Chest plate) armor rating.
Damage threshold(DT) is simply "subtract" damage.(see readme.txt for more information.)
This mod using "activator cast spell to player" for Script effect distribution.
and small effect to performance.
Notice: This mod is converted version of my other mod.
and script source included in readme.txt. you can use my script for your mod.
