A somewhat reworked version from Oblivionuzer's original mod "Tavern-Goers". What does the redux do? I changed some AI packages from just standing or walking around to eating or sitting down. The new NPCs are more likely to spawn now too.

Merges the two plugins for Cyrodiil's taverns and SI's taverns into a single plugin, by courtesy of Dispensation. Disable and delete the two individual plugins if you used them before!

Fixes some AI packages and changes how the people are distributed in the background: The cells of the taverns are no longer directly touched, so their name is no longer forcefully changed to english.
