Hello, and welcome to another attempt to clear up the streets of our fair city. In this instalment, we have the Blue And White Outfit by pilie. You can now buy it from a reputable merchant.

For images and further information, please see the original mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/29827/?

As always, if you are already satisfied with the original mod this one is based on you don't have to download this mod.

CONTENTS

This mod contains all of the meshes and textures from the original mod, as well as the following esps:

1 - BlueAndWhiteResource: New (aa) IDs are made for the item and chest. No other change is made, and no cell or worldspace is affected. This is provided as a modders resource.

2 - BlueAndWhiteOutfit: The chest is added to Sergius Verus at Three Brothers in the Imperial City Market District. This is playable immediately.

The original ReadMe file is included for reference purposes.

CONFLICTS/ISSUES

This mod was used alongside around 100 other mods, including at least half of those I have made and uploaded to NexusMods. The vendor chest is pushed far enough down and away that it is unlikely to overlap with similar chests placed by other mods you might be using. I am reasonably confident that any crashes or unusual behaviour I experienced are due to other mods; I've lost count of the number of mods I've had to uninstall because they modify instant-crash cells.

Known Issues: None.

Personally, I'm not that fond of outfits that take up more than one biped slot. It cuts down on the number of enchanted garments you can wear. If I knew anything about meshes and textures, I'd be tempted to separate this into four items.

Skimpiness Factor: Not skimpy, but stlyish and somewhat revealing.

Playtest Report: One of my characters had business with the Three Brothers, and Sergius had this outfit in stock.

One of my early playtest characters tested this outfit with a HGEC Body.

I am unable to provide screenshots. Print Screen works, but the resulting images cannot be viewed. Comments about the lack of pictures only demonstrate that this section of the readme was not read. Thank you for your understanding. Feel free to take screenshots of your own; upload them to this mod's webpage, and I'll verify them as soon as possible.

My current roster of playtest guinea pig characters are mostly low-level. Your gaming experience may differ if you favour higher-level characters.

IN CLOSING

This mod was created using the latest version of the Construction Set, and playtested with The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion 5th Anniversary Edition. Although Shivering Isles and Knights Of The Nine were installed at the time, they are not necessary for use of this mod. Similarly, while OBSE was installed it was not used during play. Nor was any other utility installed or used.

A good and useful ReadMe is a balance between clarity and brevity, and sometimes it is necessary to err on one side for the benefit of the other. All liability is disclaimed for any issues that may arise due to misreading, skimming, failing to read, ignoring, misunderstanding, dismissing, modifying or editing without playtesting first, etc.

These mods are my way of sharing some of the fun I have playing Oblivion. If you like my mods, please give a thumbs up so others can know they are appreciated; and, feel free to recommend them to others. Thank you for reading, and enjoy your gaming.
