It looks beautiful, seems sensible (meaning not overpowered), and is implemented in an immersive way. But I've got one question: it sounds like this modifies Hannibal Traven; isn't it then going to affect such mods as Mages Guild Quests or Guild Advancement?
Thanks! Yeah, it does edit Hannibal Traven, I don't use the two mods you mentioned so I sadly can't tell you exactly.
Though the only things this mod edits that already exist are the arcane university council chambers interior (as I put a full set of armor there) and, of course, the NPC Hannibal Traven, who got the armor set added to his inventory. (And a stool in the council chambers I accidentally clicked on and moved a little bit and then moved back to it's place, but now it's marked as edited )
As this mod only requires Oblivion.esm I guess one can just put this plugin very far up in the load order and every conflict should be won by other mods below. Worst case the armor dissapears from Hannibal and the council chambers, but that shouldn't break the game or anything, as the armour pieces are new IDs and don't replace any existing armor.
(PS: Thanks for your Arboretum and Alluring Wine Bottles with Real Glass mods, they are amazing!)

Who needs armor when you can cast a spell that does better.
Thanks for the nice screenshots too!
