How to get the armor
====================
There are two ways to get the armor:
One full set is worn by Hannibal Traven. There will be only one instance in the mages guild questline where you will be able to get the armor off from Hannibal Traven.
Another full set can be found lying around in the council chambers of the arcane university (the second floor of the arcane university's tower).
The armor is light armor and somewhat stronger than elven, but much more durable.
This is not a replacer. It adds a new armor set.
The armor is not enchanted. I didn't enchant it because I want you as player to be able to enchant it with whatever you want it to have.
Installation
============
Every Mod Manager for Oblivion should be able to handle this.
Otherwise you can easily install it manually by copying the content of the 7Zip file to Oblivion's Data folder and afterwards activating the ESP.
