    Awesome! I wonder if there might be a way to setup a script so the morph only plays when the hourglass's rotation has been flipped 180*?

      it is possible, but I did not get a skin with rigged-hourglass on the skeleton and skin, so I used morphs(The model in 3dsMax is better and has more good animation) .
      However, I'm tired of trying (right export from Max) and will not do it.

      hello... is this hourglass time will follow global variable timescale too ??
      or this works in real time manner only ?
