   You might wanna nerf the speed a bit as too much speed can cause the game to crash on heavily modded games or computers with low ram.

      200 speed is not going to crash the game ,even in morrowind there was the boots of blinding speed that also had a 200 speed boost ,i have other mods as well like my flash ring that give 500 speed boost and up depending on what version you use,the only way 200 speed will crash your game is if you have a pc from the 1990s lol.
