I'm glad to see someone still makes mods for oblivion! One thing I noticed is that on the vanilla game, the archmages rooms felt too small, but this fixed it right up. Endorsed, and good work
i do work on fallout 4 mods from time to time as well, and i would for skyrim if i still owned it (lost it and all the dlcs with my old steam account, back during the mass hacking breach they had, ages ago).
I like it, the archmage worths a better resident living pieces. Oh, there still is no toilet there... but it's true that a magic spell can do something to fix it. Have you thought for a place for the white staff of the thief's quest?
Now back on topic, i did mention the new locations of all quest related items in the description =P (does nobody ever read those XD?).
The ice staff/white staff and the note related to it are moved untop of the desk, the cupboard is next to the bed, so is the enchanted chest for alchemy.
