I've uploaded the updated version with their new UVMap. The dummy .esp has some additional stuff related to them if they're being transitioned realistically into another mod (a unique CombatStyle, some ingredients, etc).
Yeah, there are some issues. I had to remove the idle animations temporarily because of how screwed up they look. The reason I made a separate directory for the skeleton/animations from the vanilla rat is so eventually I can try to tweak them slightly.
