Don't download this garbage and spend your money this guy is just trying to push his product. You can map your own controller settings with a free version of xpadder. Don't pay for this scam.
I am completely new to this. Do I download it through Vortex or manually? How do I set it up to use your mod? Does the reWASD need to be running. Basically I need a step by step guide on how to implement this,
Nice mod... but I am having some difficulties with mapping the controller., I use the same configuration in your pics, but I still have to use the mouse in order to turn my character left or right. Is there a configuration you could explain in order to use the controller like other standard game configurations? Thanks.
Did NOT forget to save and apply ! Also ended up with a key stroke virus so I deleted both your mod and reWASD ! Which is guilty is unknown but if I CANNOT reprogram 2 buttons and the 2 triggers it will not do what I want !
oh man sorry to hear that still, the idea to contact support seems not bad. at least you may point at the issue that will be fixed. try that, it can help!
We're sorry to hear that you're having a trouble, but could you please contact us through Facebook or Support directly and tell more about the virus problem?
I get an issue in-game where If I go to pause then press return my character starts to move really slowly. Tried with mouse and keyboard and got no issue.
Everytime I try and hit the action button I crouch and try to steal from someone, that isn't good because when I try talking to people I get in trouble. What can I do to fix this?
are you pressing A on the controller to interact, and you start crouching instead? o.o tell me, are you playing through steam? I've had some problems with that one
you need to put the config to reWASD first, then "save and apply" and launch the game. this file will work with that software, not with the game directly
Im having trouble understanding what this means. Do I download with nexus manager and apply it there? And import your file to the remap software? I dont understand what you mean by "put the config to rewasd first." Im not that computer savvy. What is a "config"?
pardon me, the config is a configuration file that is attached to this post. so, you download the file, download and install rewasd itself, then - import the file you've downloaded from nexusmods to rewasd. done!
haha yea i finally figured it out. You may want to disable or mention that downloading with nexus mod manager will not work or do anything. That's where a lot of my confusion came from. Also mention that the file is a zip and it needs to be unzipped (I know that should be obvious but it isnt with noobs like me).
Some things i noted about using it though: 1. When i push the left analog stick all the way forward (to move character) he slows down from a run to a walk. Its almost as if the joystick travel is farther than the program recognises or something. 2. There is a very sudden and obvious transition when moving around using the left joystick, if i push the stick forward and slightly to the left, the character starts running to the left instead. I guess there is no smooth transition from the "W" key on the keyboard to the "A" key, so movement is very jerky when turning. In other words, your character can only move in 8 fixed directions.
Is there a way to fix these? Because looking around with the right joystick is fluid and perfect, but movement with the left joystick is annoying.
Otherwise great mod!!!! I have yet to use a simpler software, and I like that I can use this for other games like the original COD4.
I would like to change some of the buttons but unlucky in attempt ! any suggestion. I would like E to be on A And to use the LT for Attack and RT for Cast or/and block ! How?
hey! didn't you forget about pressing "save and apply"? sorry about a question like this, but that was my problem for a couple weeks probably there's something more serious than missing the button. try contacting support, maybe?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
idk, man, it works perfectly for me. try contacting support anyway, that's always a good choice

To give you an appropriate answer I need to know what controller you're using for playing Oblivion.
